For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, collusion, chip dumping, or fraud.

• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information at any point.
• The Player's account activity raises concerns under Philippine AMLA compliance obligations.
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion order or PAGCOR-mandated exclusion.
• The Player's account shows signs of bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited activity.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, real-money funds held in the PHP Balance (exclusive of bonus funds) will be preserved and returned to the verified account holder if the investigation concludes without a finding of fraud or violation. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, your Account, or your use of the bf099 platform shall be subject to the following resolution procedure:

1. Internal Resolution: Players must first submit a formal complaint through the bf099 live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
